A young couple is devastated after a “Karen” ruined their dream proposal by rearranging their romantic arrangement and loitering around while they got engaged.
Zenicca Llanza, 24, from the Philippines, shared a video of her boyfriend getting on one knee on the beach.
While her husband-to-be had everything arranged for the perfect moment, another beachgoer decided to step in and rearrange the setup before interrupting the moment.
In a video shared on TIkTok, Zenicca and her partner walk along the beach.
Then she discovers a tent set up on the beach with a table, a white tablecloth and dozens of pillows.

On the table is a cake that reads “Will you marry me?” and in the background is a sign with the same words.
Then Zenicca’s friend gets on his knees to propose to him.
But as Zenicca listens to his speech, the unnamed woman comes into view.
She then moves the shield before walking over to the couple to take a look at the ring – before Zenicca even had a chance to wear it.
“How to quickly ruin a proposal,” Zenicca wrote on TikTok.
“Please be considerate of other people’s unique events!” “You never know when you’re already ruining it,” she wrote.

“But I wouldn’t have it any other way!” “I’ll repeat that again,” added another.
Many people were equally outraged on behalf of Zenicca.
“You could excuse the first few seconds with good intentions but the rest I feel like we’re just bad manners and lacking in confidence,” said one.
“Lmao she kept getting closer but I also thought you guys were a random couple and he decided to take advantage of the setup.”
“This has made me physically ill I’m so sorry oh my god,” added a third.
“Oh I could tell she had good intentions but didn’t realize at the time she was ruining something you all would forever cherish,” commented a fourth.
“Just tell her it’s a personal moment.” “Sometimes people don’t understand boundaries.”
