Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s divorce is final.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple have agreed to joint custody of their nine-year-old son Maceo. However, it looks like the deal will cost the 57-year-old actress a significant amount of money.
When it comes to child support, Halle Berry pays her ex, also 57, $8,000 a month. TMZ reports that the company will “pay an additional 4.3% on all revenue over $2 million.” Halle Berry pays for Maceo’s private school, as well as her health insurance and all extracurricular activities.
The documents also say the nine-year-old will receive “individual and family counseling,” which Halle Berry and her daughter Nahla can attend, but the actress’ boyfriend Van Hunt is unable to attend.
The Catwoman star will have custody of his son on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while Olivier Martinez will have him on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. At the weekends, they take turns taking custody of the child.
Halle Berry and the French actor split in 2015, two years after saying yes. The couple signed a prenuptial agreement, but the divorce lasted eight years due to unresolved custody and alimony issues.
Halle Berry had a daughter, Nahla, 15, with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, with whom she dated from 2005 to 2010.
