Angelina Jolie’s mysterious middle finger ink was finally revealed by her tattoo artist – Mr.
The 48-year-old ‘Maleficent’ actress initially touted the new ink with blurry snaps she uploaded to the tattoo artist’s Instagram page – leading social media users to speculate the ink was a “F** * you” for her ex-husband Brad Pitt.
However, while the New York-based artist revealed the designs in a clear photo, she explained the meaning of the tattoos, which are found on the inside of her middle fingers.
“First of all, I regret all the bad speculation and sincerely apologize to @angelinajolie for any stress it may have caused,” Mr. K wrote in the caption.
He continued, “This tattoo depicts two daggers in a geometric and abstract manner / has nothing to do with religion or cross #angelinajolie #mrktattoo.”

In the picture, Angelina could be seen sitting in a chair, palms facing the camera – although the star’s face was not in the picture.
A gold bracelet and pair of gold rings were added to some of her fingers to give her an eye-catching touch as she proudly showed off the new ink designs.
Mr. K also uploaded the snap to his Instagram Stories, tagging the Oscar winner, followed by a red heart emoji.
Early Tuesday, the tattoo artist posted an image similar to his main page, but smudged the new ink to keep the design a secret and give fans a chance to guess what tattoos it might be.
In the caption, he wrote, “@angelinajolie still can’t believe I actually took her hand and tattooed her ‘Guess what she had on her palm?’
One fan quipped “F*** Brad” in reference to the star’s acrimonious divorce battle with Pitt, 59, with whom she has six children. Another guessed: “Had A\Brad Time,” while another typed: “F**k you.”
However, on Wednesday, Mr K followed up the comment and wrote: “It has NOTHING to do with Brad Pitt” to clarify the matter.
Her other tattoos include the Bengal tiger, Khmer script, Quod Me Nutrit Me Destruit, a cross, her children’s geographic coordinates, Yant ViHan Pha Chad Sada, and an M.

During a previous interview with Marie Claire UK in 2020, Angelina opened up about her tattoo choices.
‘I love her. “It’s body art,” she gushed to the store at the time. “I don’t think it’s unusual for someone who lives their life in someone else’s skin to want to claim their own by marking things that are important to them.”
The actress and Brad were linked back in 2005 and officially tied the knot in 2014. However, Jolie filed for divorce in 2016 citing “irreconcilable differences,” and the court later declared in April 2019 that they were both legally single.
The former couple have been in a lengthy custody battle, with the actress wanting sole custody and Brad fighting for joint custody – Brad won joint custody in 2021. The actress shares Pax, 19, Knox, 15, Shiloh, 17, Zahara, 18, and Maddox, 22, with Pitt.
Pitt has reportedly agreed to settle with his ex-wife Jolie over their vineyard dispute.
Documents filed last month show both stars have agreed to mediation as an alternative method of settling a dispute over Chateau Miraval – rather than taking the matter to court.

Jolie has also stated that she is willing to attend a settlement conference.
Furthermore, it turns out that Pitt has appointed a “temporary administrator” for Chateau Miraval in order to resolve the war between him and the Russians, to whom Jolie sold her share of the vineyard.
Pitt and Jolie bought Chateau Miraval, a 3,000-acre estate in southern France, in 2008. The former couple even got married on the property in 2014.

Last month in July, another insider told People that Brad and Ines are still “doing very well.”
“The two have been spending a lot of time together this summer as they really enjoy each other’s company and are very much in love,” the source explained, adding, “Anyone who sees them together can tell.”
Earlier this week, Ines went out to run some errands and was spotted wearing a ‘B’ necklace, possibly a nod to the initial of Brad’s name.
