Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin has reportedly “started his own talent agency.”

The move comes three years after the 42-year-old presenter left the show business agency she shared with her former This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield.

According to a new report, 48-year-old Dan, who already owns TV company Hungry Bear Media, has started a new company called HB Talent Agency.

A source told The Mirror: “Dan is one of the most powerful men on TV – and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women.” The move makes a lot of sense.

“Dan has a wife, three children, two cats and co-owns a production company. He doesn’t have much time for anything else.’

Web has reached out to representatives for comment.

Accounts obtained by Web in 2021 showed Dan’s TV company Hungry Bear Media had around £3.4million in cash and assets of at least £1.8million at the end of 2020.

He is also listed as a director of Scottish company Hungry McBear Ltd, alongside comedian Michael McIntyre and a third unnamed character.

Baldwin is also listed as a director at Roxy Media alongside his wife Holly, who has cash totaling £1,430,377 in the bank, and in 2020 he launched a fourth company called Hungry Jay Media Ltd.

It comes three years after Holly left the show business agency she shared with former This Morning co-star Phillip.

The presenter is said to have made plans to find her way in an all-female team after leaving the agency after 13 years.

The Sun reported that the star made the big career decision after the coronavirus lockdown gave her time to think about her future.

Holly left the YMU company formerly known as James Grant and has a number of major stars on her books.

Other famous faces include Ant and Dec, Graham Norton and Claudia Winkleman.

“She’s really excited about being self-managed and having more influence on decisions in everyday life.”

“She has always had incredible business acumen and is proud to be a working mom and career woman.”

The insider went on to say that Holly’s career decision was the “logical next step” after hoping to develop a “better work-life balance.”
