The family of Bianca Censori, the “wife” of rapper Kanye West, has been torn apart by a bitter property dispute involving her mobster uncle, once dubbed the “Al Capone of Melbourne.”
Chron Australia revealed just weeks ago that Bianca was the daughter of Melbourne mobster Elia ‘Leo’ Censori, who was serving a hefty prison sentence after being convicted in 1982 of possessing a illicit drug (heroin).
Leo is the brother of Eris Censori, a notorious gangster killer who was once sentenced to death for murder in Western Australia before the sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment.

West, 46, reportedly had an unofficial wedding ceremony with the 28-year-old Melbourne architect in January – just two months after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized.
Eris – who changed his name to Tony Campana – fought in Victorian Supreme Court with his sister Elenia Censori for ownership of an estate in Brunswick.
In the documents filed with the court, Eris’ sister described him as a man not to be trifled with.
“Eris is not a person to say no to…he can be intimidating,” she told the court.
The court heard that Elena – Bianca’s aunt – had been close to Eris and had stood by him after his release from prison for the murder.
Eris was released from prison in May 1994 and lived with Leo in Melbourne for six weeks before moving in with his sister at her home in Heidelberg.
Its impact stems from the purchase in 2005 of two vacant blocks of houses on Union Street in Brunswick, just north of Melbourne’s CBD, on which Eris wanted to build investment properties.
The court found that ambiguity over his entitlement to planning permission led him to transfer ownership of his sister, but only on the condition that a trust fund be established that would ultimately allow him to retain ownership of the Brunswick to keep land.

With the support of Eris’ estranged wife, the court heard Elena claim that no such trust fund ever existed, and insisted that the possessions were hers and always had been.
The matter ended up in court after Eris tried to enforce the escrow agreement, which he says was destroyed in a fire.
Eris also claimed that his sister owned him $182,097 in rent that she had collected on his behalf over the years.
Elena counterclaimed that she had paid the entire purchase price for the property.
“Ms. Censori alleges that in late 2007 she entered into an agreement with Mr. Campana under which Mr. Campana agreed to pay her $8,000 a month in repayment of a loan taken out at 160 Union Street,” the court heard .
“Ms. Censori alleges that Mr. Campana has not made any payments since March 6, 2014 and that he owes her $816,360.56.”

Eris stated that in April 2014 he had offered his sister to sell one of the Union Street townhouses for $550,000, but she was only willing to pay $280,000.
He eventually sold the second townhouse in 2013 for $675,000.
He was unwilling to sell the other for less than $550,000, which he says was a price that gave Ms. Censori “a significant advantage.”
Judge Michael McDonald told the court he accepted the convicted killer’s testimony and ordered Elena to turn over title to the property – now valued at nearly $1 million – to her brother.
He also ordered Elena to pay her brother $182,097 in unpaid rent plus interest.
Eris had been spared the death penalty when it was abolished in Western Australia in 1984.

His eldest brother Edmondo, known as “Eddie Capone”, has been convicted in Victoria of violence, including assaulting police, theft and threats.
Leo also has a criminal record for possession of a handgun and fully-jacketed ammunition.
Bianca’s father was serving two years of his five-year sentence for drug offenses after heroin was found in his kitchen during an Australian Federal Police raid.
West and Bianca have been causing a stir with their offbeat ensembles on their tours of Italy in recent weeks.
Bianca has been accused of walking around Europe “virtually naked” and flaunting her flesh in extremely revealing outfits.
Chron Australia contacted the Censori compound earlier this month asking for comment on Leo’s criminal past but received no response.
