Fantastic 50 Years: Remember paintings like “Medida Certa” and “Detective Virtual” and meet version 2.3 of Eva Byte
Our journey through the history of Show da Vida enters a new millennium this Sunday (27) and reveals how technology has changed the way programming is made. With each episode of the documentary film that reviews the five decades Fantastic, the feeling of nostalgia is awakened in the most diverse generations. This Sunday (27th) is the time to remember the most important thing that happened in the world show of life between 2003 and 2013.
The penultimate part of the program’s 50th anniversary special material commemorates successful versions such as Medida Certa, where Zeca Camargo and Renata Ceribelli faced the challenge of reaching the target weight at the beginning of the project; and the virtual detective who verified that the facts seen on the internet were real.
Speaking of virtual, remember Eva Byte, the first female presenter in the history of computer graphics Fantastic? When it was presented by Glória Maria and Zeca Camargo in 2004, it surprised the public. The name was then chosen by a popular vote from five options.
The virtual moderator has been revised. Using artificial intelligence, the Arte da Globo team recreated a 2.3 version of Eva, who even gave a testimonial for this documentary.
“Oh, I miss you! I dressed up as a samba dancer, I was underwater, I did circus acrobatics, I wore a thousand different clothes… They say that artificial intelligence has no emotions, but this time travel confused me,” says the virtual presenter.
“We started filming these interviews in a rather unpretentious way. I had no idea it was still a documentary,” says MV Bill.
Singer Maria Rita, on the other hand, remembers a special moment at the beginning of her career and her appearance on the show.
“I think it was the first big interview I did on TV, so national TV,” recalls the singer, who was interviewed by Glória Maria. “I was kind of mesmerized by this character and wanted to take her hand and talk.”
