Zelenskyy: "In Crimea it is preferable and possible to bargain"

A political instead of a military solution for Crimea is possible: this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy yesterday in an interview that was continued by various media in the country this morning. “If we reach the administrative borders of Crimea, I think it is possible to politically enforce the demilitarization of Russia on the territory of the peninsula,” said Zelenskyy. According to media, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan could visit Russia on September 8th. The Special Task Force (SOF) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces used drones to attack Russian Coast Guard positions of the Black Sea Fleet in Perevalne, Crimea, killing, wounding and damaging them. Ukrinform reports about it. Ukrainian forces have liberated the village of Robotyne in the Zaporizhia region, Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said in a live broadcast by the Military Media Center. This was reported by Rbc-Ukraine. Kiev troops are advancing southeast of Robotyne and south of Mala Tokmachka, he added.

At least one person was killed and two others injured in a Russian airstrike on the city of Kherson.

Two more people were killed in the Russian attack last night in the Poltava region of eastern Ukraine.
