A few days after his death, goalkeeper Carey Price’s father-in-law was entitled to a final tribute in Washington state this weekend, as his daughter Angela emphasized on his Instagram account.
Thus, a brief release by the guardian’s wife showed the entire family dressed in black near the place where the outdoor ceremony took place. In one of the pictures, the Prices can be seen with their three children, sitting in front of the coffin set up under a tent.
“When there were many tears yesterday, we could also remember dad with a smile and laughter. “We celebrated his life and the love he shared and had a great day,” said Ms. Price. Thank you for every message, for the kind words, for the flowers and for the gift baskets. Thank you to the friends who donated food, drove or traveled across the country to be with us yesterday [samedi]. It means so much to us and we are truly grateful to have an amazing group of people to take care of me and my family.”
The Canadian’s color bearer’s wife confirmed his father’s death on August 18.
