Former General Hospital star Haley Pullos appeared before an LA judge on Wednesday decked out in designer fashions, months after her arrest for a near-fatal accident that allegedly occurred while she was under the influence.
The 25-year-old actress was charged with drunken driving following the April accident in which police said she was driving the wrong way on the highway in Pasadena. She pleaded not guilty to all charges.
When the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene, Pullos – who had played Molly Lansing-Davis on the show since she was 11 – reportedly couldn’t get out of her car and firefighters had to use any means possible to “get her out.” . The other unnamed driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Police later found several mini bottles of tequila in the soap actress’ car and arrested her for allegedly driving under the influence – saying she was not only under the influence of alcohol, but also marijuana. She was removed from the show shortly afterwards.
Pullos, who now faces two felony charges, used crutches during her last court appearance last month. This time she donned a more glamorous outfit – a bodycon dress and designer heels – before a judge decided to adjourn the case so lawyers could exchange evidence.

At some point – when Judge Terry Smerling decided to continue the case until October – the soap actress was seen fixing the part in her hair.
At other times during the proceedings, Pullos, who is charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a BAC of .08 causing injury, appeared to give the snappers a steely stare.
As court adjourned, several of those photographers took a full-body photo of the 5-foot-11 actress, showing both legs and the black ankle brace.
Her next court appearance, where her trial is scheduled to begin, is now scheduled for October. She will also defend herself against a misdemeanor charge stemming from an alleged hit-and-run that police say occurred shortly before the accident.
San Jose-born Pullos has starred on General Hospital since 200, but was forced to leave the show in May following her high-profile arrest.
Officials with the California Highway Patrol and the Pasadena Fire Department subsequently released photos of the aftermath of the overnight crash, showing both Pullos’ and the unnamed victims’ cars completely destroyed and left stranded on the Arroyo Seco Parkway.

Prosecutors, including Assistant District Attorney Marc St. Hippolyte, allege that Pullos, 25, was not only under the influence of alcohol but also marijuana at the time of the April 29 accident she allegedly caused
The driver of the other car, a Kia, identified only as 23-year-old Courtney Wilder, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital, where she nearly died.
Miraculously, they both survived. Pullos is now also reportedly being sued by the unnamed victim, who police wrote in a police report that was not at fault at all.
Her lawsuit alleges the then-24-year-old drove her vehicle “dangerously and recklessly” in the wrong direction up the Colorado Boulevard exit and onto the Eastbound Freeway, so she had no time to react when he saw her headlights approaching .
Wilder also argued in her lawsuit that Pullo’s “overpriced shirt” was more important than the safety and well-being of the accident victims. She claims Pullos punched a firefighter who was assessing her injuries and yelled, “That’s a $400 fucking shirt!”, seemingly unaware of the extent of the situation.
Police also allege that shortly before the accident, the actress collided with an Oldsmobile driven by a 27-year-old woman in the westbound lane – the accident occurred when she entered the highway in the wrong direction, according to police.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the first car did not suffer serious injuries, adding in a police report: “It was determined that Haley Pullos was involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident that occurred in the city of Pasadena prior to her coming to the entered the wrong direction on the SR-134 eastbound highway.’
She then veered and ended up in the eastbound lane, where she collided with an oncoming Wilder Kia that police said was traveling at 60 miles per hour.

The Pasadena Fire Department also said they had to fight with Pullos to free her from her vehicle before first responders took her to Huntington Hospital.
There she was allegedly aggressive, argued with the hospital staff and had to be sedated.
Weeks after the accident, Pullos – whose injuries were never reported – told Soap Opera Digest that she was taking a break from her role on the long-running series to recover from a then-unspecified car accident.
“Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and I’m fine, but I’m going to need some time to recover,” she told the publication at the time. “I’ll be back as soon as possible!”
She was arrested shortly after and was spotted checking into a luxury rehab facility in Malibu by in May.
