Due to the heavy rain that hit the city of Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro, Camaru’s performance schedule for this Thursday, August 31st has been canceled. Performances by singers Bielzinho, Lucas Lucco and Guilherme & Santiago were planned. The event is part of the city’s 135th anniversary celebrations.
According to the Uberlândia Rural Union, which is responsible for organizing the event, the storm damaged party structures, including an LED screen. “Due to the weather forecast predicting heavy amounts of rain today, the organization has decided not to hold the shows,” he said in a statement.
“The organizers are examining the possibility of holding the same shows at a new date. So that the event can run normally in the coming days, a general inspection of the park facilities will be carried out,” it concludes.
The event will continue over the next few days with performances by renowned musicians such as Luan Santana, Gustavo Mioto and Henrique and Juliano. Check out the schedule.
