While rumors about her love life made headlines this week, Quebec Deputy Prime Minister Geneviève Guilbault posted a photo with Mathieu Lacombe on social media.

“Nice evening at the Montreal Alouettes,” she wrote on her official page as MP for Louis-Hébert and on Instagram, making sure to add the emojis of a soccer ball and a heart.
Prime Minister François Legault’s visit to the program La Journe “est encore jeunesse” on Ici Radio-Canada Première last Monday fueled this rumor about a possible affair between Ms. Guilbault and Jean-Philippe Wauthier.
Speaking to the host, Mr Legault said to him: “But Jean-Philippe, how are your loved ones?”
He was responding to Jean-Philippe Wauthier, who had just said that Minister Guilbault was so good that she deserved a score of 10.
It was enough to reignite the gossip before Mr Wauthier himself, on Paul Arcand’s microphone the next day, denied the romance between the two public figures.
This morning, Geneviève Guilbault added another layer by appearing publicly with Mathieu Lacombe, her lover of recent years.
