The second day of The Town began this Sunday (3).

The event, run by the same organizers as Rock in Rio, today features shows from Bruno Mars, Bebe Rexha, Alok and Luisa Sonza.

At 2:00 p.m. the ticket turnstiles opened to allow entry to the festival.

The street thermometers showed 32°C and the population invested in umbrellas to protect themselves from the sun.

“We came to see Bruno Mars, but I will not face this border, my children are in it, and when they are closer to the gate I get up and leave,” says Debora Guimarães, 52 years old.

She came to the first edition of the festival with her family but said she was disappointed by the disorganization.

“We are festival rats, my husband was at the first edition of Rock In Rio, we always go to Rio, my husband always goes to Lollapalooza and we have never seen such a bizarre queue outside the festival,” he continues.

“The first edition of Rock In Rio was chaos and yet it was better,” adds 54yearold Wagner.

Hot weather forecast with rain showers

According to the Climate Emergency Management Center (CGE) of the city of São Paulo, the forecast for this Sunday is hot and with showers.
