Lost star Emilie de Ravin, 41, and her partner Eric Bilitch are selling their property on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
The sprawling 1970s home is located in Balnarring, 83km from Melbourne, and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The prestige property, which also includes two self-contained guesthouses, was listed with a price range of $2.995 million to $3,294,500.
According to the Herald Sun, holiday rentals on the property are worth $100,000 a year, while the average house price in Balnarring is $1,325,000.
According to the report, the previous owners completely renovated the site, including the construction of the two guest houses.

She recently starred in the ABC series Once Upon a Time.
She has two children with her American-born partner Eric Bilitch, a director. In 2016, they welcomed their first child, Vera, a daughter.
The couple welcomed a son, Theodore, in 2018, and in March 2023, the lovebirds announced they were expecting a third child.
