Chelsea Handler shows off her swollen face and reveals she had to get a cortisone shot after a wasp sting
Chelsea Handler revealed that she was stung in the face by a wasp in a selfie she shared on her Instagram Story on Sunday.
In the photo, the 48-year-old comedian showed the upper left side of her face, which was noticeably red and swollen after the insect infestation.
The performer, who recently roasted a group of “horny old men,” added a text graphic to the photo that read, “Not better or better?” I had a cortisone shot today. We will regroup at 5:00 p.m.’
Handler wore a colorful dress with colorful patterns as she took her selfie.
The TV presenter’s gorgeous blonde hair was pulled back into a tight bun as she posed for the camera.

The former Chelsea presenter later shared a group photo which featured several of her friends.
Handler is currently in the middle of her latest comedy tour titled “Little Big B**** Tour.”
The artist already announced that she would be going on tour again last January.
The actress’ most recent tour, the Vaccinated And Horny Tour, previously ran from July 2021 to last December.
Handler previously spoke about her previous shows and discussed the name of the tour in an interview with Variety.
“As a solid singles pro, I like to express my groove and the best way to express that is to make it the title of the tour,” she said.
The media personality further spoke about her affinity for live performances.
“I’m so excited to get back on stage because this is the time when people are coming together in large groups again and I want to be a reason for people to come together,” she said.

Handler is currently scheduled to wrap up her series of shows in December in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
