Toguro updates the health status of his girlfriend, who was intubated after giving birth

Toguro posted on social media about the health of his girlfriend Nara Paraguaia, who was intubated after the birth of the couple’s first child, Gael.
The baby was born this Wednesday (6) through an artificial cesarean section and the influencer had complications and required invasive mechanical ventilation.
According to the influencer, his girlfriend underwent surgery, her uterus was removed and a hysterectomy was performed.
“Today was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. Nara went into labor at midnight. “In the end, he realized the natural thing wasn’t going to happen,” he said.
Toguro said doctors opted for a cesarean section. “She didn’t like the idea of a caesarean section, she had no other choice. Gael was born beautiful, strong and wellfed. Nara had complications, suffered bleeding and is currently undergoing surgery.”
“I come here with sadness in my heart that she has lost her uterus, she will not be able to have any more children, if she did not remove the uterus she would have no chance of survival,” he explained.
“Right now I don’t understand what God’s purpose is. Nara is 100% committed to Gael. If God does this to me, I don’t know what will happen to my life.
