Fans of heavy metal and the mythical group, the show “Tribute to Metallica symphonique”, supported by the group AnesthesiA and the Orchester symphonique de Québec, will, by popular demand, play another fifth on June 1, 2024 at the Grand Théâtre de Québec.

This grandiose and extraordinary musical revue from the country thrilled critics and audiences by presenting a rich repertoire performed by talented musicians. The members of the AnesthesiA formation – François Laverdière, Anthony Hadjedi, Éric Leblond and Christian Labonté – can look back on a long history of success in the world of rock and metal music. As avid Metallica fans, they have had several opportunities to prove that they were the ideal musicians to pay tribute to the group’s songs. And both musically and vocally!
55 Musicians gathered on the stage
Find key pieces from Metallica, brilliantly performed by AnesthesiA and masterfully performed by the 50 musicians of the Orchester symphonique de Québec under the direction of conductor Olivier Hébert. Together they will perform the hits from 1983 to 1991, from the album “Kill ‘Em All” to the “Black Album”.
