Eight months after giving birth, Chloe Madeley stripped naked to show off her dramatic body transformation.
The 36-year-old fitness trainer welcomed her first child Bodhi with husband James Haskell, 38, in August last year.
The daughter of TV legends Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan showed off her toned figure in the snapshot.
Chloe shared the pictures on Instagram and wrote: “It took me months but you have to keep trying and eventually the solution shoe will fit and you will get there. “You can’t do it alone though, you need help.”
Chloe explained how followers can achieve similar results: “Progressive overload is key, it can be done through weights, sets or reps.”

Family: The 36-year-old fitness trainer welcomed her first child Bodhi with husband James Haskell, 38, in August last year
“You don’t need to change your training plan unless you’re not seeing what you physically want to see.”
This comes after Chloe opened up about the challenges in her and husband James’ relationship after the pair became parents in August 2022.
The star revealed there were moments when she wondered, “Will we ever come out the other side?” as they battled sleepless nights and extreme fatigue.
Speaking to Bella magazine about her marriage, the personal trainer admitted that she feels she has managed to save her marriage and that the couple is now getting back on the right track.
“We’re starting to spend more time together and enjoying ourselves instead of getting into a competition of who’s more tired and saying, ‘Who finished the bottles?'”
Chloe and the former rugby player welcomed their daughter Bodhi together last August, and the star has been very open about her motherhood journey.
She confessed that becoming a mother taught her so much about herself: “I learned that I was much more capable than I thought.”
Being a mother is no easy task, but Chloe admits it has made her feel like a much stronger woman.
The mother recently celebrated her daughter’s first birthday by uploading a cute compilation video to Instagram.
She shared a collection of memories, from pregnancy to birth and beautiful moments as a family over the past year.
In the caption of the post, she wrote, “My little girl is 1. I have a little girl.” And she is 1 year old. Phrases that still seem foreign to me, but the last year has been a journey and a meaning that I could never have imagined myself.
“I never knew what it would feel like, and it feels like a roaring wave of pure, undiluted love in my soul and in my life, and I can’t lie, that brings a lot of fear.”
Tough times: Last week Chloe revealed she didn’t know if they would “ever come out the other side” as she discussed saving her marriage to James
She further gushed, “Oh Bodhi, what have we done to be so lucky?” You are the happiest, smiling, kindest, loving, adventurous, independent, funny and lovable bulldozer ever.
“I am SO proud of you, your smile, your laugh, your stupid walk and your ridiculous teeth.” Your crazy hair and your mental scream.
“The way you let me carry you with you every morning and cuddle and sing and dance in the kitchen and you go into a strange trance and stare blankly ahead and won’t let me put you down, even when daddy tries to kiss you To distract football or…” a Cheerio.
“You are my core, my heart, my anchor, my mind, my everything.” I love you. So much. I hope you read this one day and I hope you feel immensely loved. I hope you feel loved every day of your life. Because you are. I love you. To the ends of the world and back. More than anything and anyone. It’s you and me. Forever.’
