The music and words of Pierre Flynn and Gilles Valiquette will be in the spotlight during the 37th festivale Edition of the French-language festival Coup de cœur next November in Montreal.
At the unveiling of the program on Tuesday morning, we learned that the careers of these two great local singers will be celebrated. Both men have been in the business for half a century, which is no small feat.

The Coup de coeur francophone (CCF) from November 2nd to 12th will also focus on Léo Ferré, who died three decades ago thanks to Moran’s talent.
The event, which takes place in 10 rooms, offers 90 performances, including opening shows by artists Fanny Bloom, comment debord and La Faune.
CCF programs the rapper Rowjay as the opening act for the Foufounes Électriques and also offers the show Le roy, la rose et le lou(p) twice instead of once, which brings together Ariane Roy, Thierry Larose and Lou-Adriane Cassidy.
After the asphalt, Beau Nectar, Olivier Belisle, Émile Bourgault, Paule-Andrée Cassidy, Corail, Simon Daniel, DDWD, dope.gng, Marco Ema, Feu tout, Foisy, Makenzie, MPL, David Numwami, Georges Ouel, Palatine, William Papillon, Benoît Paradis Trio, Parazar, Paul Sèxe, Chloé Sainte-Marie, Samuele, Solipsisme, The Two, Valse Fréquence, Virginie B, Yocto and Täbï Yösha will also be in the spotlight.
