Judith Bérard announced her separation from singer Éric Lapointe via her Instagram page on Tuesday.
“We are no longer a couple and I do not want to comment on the reasons for our separation,” Judith Bérard announced her separation from Éric Lapointe on her Instagram page.
According to a statement from Ms. Bérard to 7 Jours magazine in March 2023, she and the rock star had been close since early 2022.
This announcement comes four days after the release of Éric Lapointe’s latest album, Je marche dans ma vie, which was presented to a sold-out audience at the Capitole de Québec the next day.
In her publication, Judith Bérard also mentions that she “was very close to Éric throughout the production of his last album”; She was also the one who came up with the idea for the introductory monologue to the album of the same name.
Éric Lapointe did not want to comment on the situation.
