Over its 19 years of existence, Beauty Fair has built its reputation on the foundation of credibility, trust and respect for the core values that we share with our employees, partners, third parties and the public that has followed us for so long. Regarding the incident that occurred on Sunday, September 10th at the exhibition center, we vehemently deny the incident.
We would like to emphasize that this is an isolated event that is beyond our control. Beauty Fair as an organization has never and will never tolerate any form of violence, harassment or disrespect.
As soon as we became aware of this incident, our security and management team took immediate and decisive action. We immediately contacted the relevant authorities to deal with the case. The safety and wellbeing of everyone present is a nonnegotiable priority for us.
In addition, we provide ongoing assistance and comprehensive support to the victim and their families. We will continue to actively work to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved in our events.
