A man was arrested in Spain after sexually assaulting a journalist on live television.
While she was live on the street for the show “En bocas de todos,” Spanish journalist Isa Baldado was the victim of a sexual assault by a man.
The journalist was standing in front of the camera when her attacker approached behind her and touched her buttocks. The young woman was initially surprised and continued her intervention while pushing the person aside. But when his colleague Nacho Abad, who was presenting on set, called, Isa Baldado decided to hold him accountable.
“Even if you want to ask us what channel we’re on, do you really have to touch my butt?” I’m doing a live show, I’m working,” she said. Although the man denied the allegations against him, he eventually walked away, not before running a hand through his hair.
After repeating the same type of attack moments later with other women present in the neighborhood, he was finally arrested.

The scene, which was widely circulated on social networks, largely shocked Internet users, especially since it took place in a tense context in a country marked by the Rubiales affair, which continues to make headlines.
“Non-consensual touching is sexual violence and we say enough about impunity,” recalled acting Equality Minister Irene Montero.
