In 2023, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the creation of the GCPHE and the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the cities of Alcalá de Henares, Ávila, Baeza, Cáceres, Córdoba, Cuenca, Ibiza/Eivissa, Mérida, Salamanca, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santiago de Compostela, Segovia, Tarragona, Toledo and Úbeda They will open the doors of their most emblematic treasures at night and breathe life into their historic centers, which will be filled with cultural activities that both residents and visitors can enjoy.

THE PROGRAMMING FOR THIS 2023

If this sixth edition stands out for something, it is greater visibility outside Spain. This is due to the new collaboration with the World Heritage Cities Associations of Mexico, Cuba and Peru.

What do we know about programming? With the aim of decentralizing and diversifying the cultural offering, the program is divided into four sections: “Heritage scene”, “Open cultural heritage”, “Living cultural heritage” and “Creating cultural heritage”.
