Kris Jenner is reportedly looking to expand her empire into the fashion world by lending her name to clothing, accessories and shoe lines.
Like her daughters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, who have collaborated with brands like Balenciaga, Puma and Stuart Weitzman, the 67-year-old mother seems ready to cash in on her celebrity status.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family “has filed an active application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.”
The outlet confirmed that she wants to secure the “rights to her own all-caps nickname.”

The mother of six, who is known for consistently delivering head-turning looks, is apparently planning to brand various pieces of clothing including athleisure, shoes, jackets and loungewear.
Jenner had previously “tried this in 2011 through an old trademark application for similar branding.”
Although she received the rights to her name at the time, TMZ stated that “her trademark was abandoned in 2015.”
Jenner has played a crucial role in establishing many of her children’s family brands, including Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin, KKW Beauty, KKW Fragrance, Skims, Good American, 818 Tequila, SKKN by Kim and Arthur George.
In 2004, she and her eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian opened a children’s boutique called Smooch in Calabasas.
She is best known for her negotiations on the TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which documented her family’s everyday life.
The first season of the series aired on E! broadcast. in October 2007 and was the brainchild of matriarch Kris Jenner and executive producer Ryan Seacrest.
This cemented Kim’s status as the world’s most talked-about star and made Kendall Jenner one of fashion’s most sought-after models – and it’s all thanks to Kris.
