“I hope everyone is well and I’m taking a deep breath, including all the food for thought written along with it. ‘Are you OK?’ She wrote.

And then she turned to sarcasm, writing: “To all the people who commented on me.” I’m so sorry I’m not prettier. Please forgive me. I apologize. It wasn’t even a slow news day.

“North Korea and Russia are getting too close for comfort. “Deadly storms are sweeping our world and a man has been convicted of rape,” she added.

“But what pissed you off was my statement that Nicole Kidman’s pose wasn’t humane.” Breathe, everyone.

“To the people who write hateful things below, I forgive you as a mother, as a woman and especially as someone who also likes hot chatter. Have a nice weekend,” she concluded.

The whole hustle and bustle started on Monday when the American comedian posted a photo of the Australian actress, 56, at the US Open tennis tournament on Instagram.

The picture showed Nicole in a pink dress, staring wide-eyed at the camera with her hand under her chin as she watched the women’s singles final between US sensation Coco Gauff and world number 1 Aryna Sabalenka.

In the caption of the picture, Schumer wrote, “This is how people sit.”

Many fans appreciated the joke at Kidman’s expense, but others weren’t as impressed and took to the comments to express their displeasure.

On Monday morning, Amy poked fun at the whole thing on Instagram: “I want to apologize to all the people I hurt by posting a photo of Nicole Kidman and alluding to her being an alien.”

“I’m going to ask the cast of this ’70s show to write letters asking for my forgiveness.” She added the hashtag for taking time to heal.

“Are you cyberbullying Oscar and Emmy winner Nicole Kidman?” wrote one follower.

“This post seems beneath you.” What point are you trying to make here? wrote another one.

“She is most likely feeling uncomfortable because a complete stranger is recording her. “That’s the look of anger and frustration shining through the Botox,” another commenter said sarcastically.

Another fan expressed his disappointment in Schumer.

“Wow, so mean! “I expected one of my favorite comedians to have more respect for other people’s feelings.”

“I’ve always thought you were funny, watched all your specials and movies and read your book.” But this selective mean girl public trolling stuff? No thanks,” they remarked.

Sources close to Kidman revealed that the Moulin Rouge star wasn’t paying attention to the commotion, telling : “It’s kind of silly and she’s unfazed.”

Nicole looked glamorous while playing tennis in a chic suit with pocket details and three buttons.

She completed her look with a tailored white jacket and cream loafers and kept her accessories to a minimum with a simple watch.

The Moulin Rouge! The star wore her strawberry blonde locks in a low-maintenance side ponytail for the outing and kept her makeup palette low-key for the hottest ticket in town.

After Gauff’s triumphant victory, Nicole congratulated the 19-year-old on Instagram.
