Phillip Schofield has mysteriously removed a series of photos of himself and Holly Willoughby from his Instagram account.
The presenter had previously posted pictures of himself with his former colleague and best friend hosting This Morning and even holidaying together in Portugal.
Now his two million followers can only see a photo taken remotely in the This Morning studio. But Schofield, 61, who has stepped down from ITV, still has pictures of himself with his other former co-stars Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson.
A TV insider said: “Holly and Phil posted pictures together for fun, they were an important part of each other’s lives and they loved showing their viewers how close they were.”
“The fact that Phil seems to have removed her from his side says a lot about how he feels about Holly. “He seems to have finally moved on and is trying to leave Holly behind.”

It has been almost a fortnight since he unfollowed Ms Willoughby following the scandal which led to him being ousted from the daytime program he co-hosted with her for 14 years.
Schofield’s daughters Molly, 30, and Ruby, 28, showed their support for their father by doing the same.
Ms Willoughby, 42, has not removed several photos with Schofield from her Instagram account and still follows him.
After Schofield admitted in May that he had lied to the Ministry of Defense about having an affair with a much younger This Morning runner behind his wife Stephanie Lowe’s back, Ms Willoughby issued a statement saying she had no knowledge of it the relationship.
She also said she asked Schofield when she heard rumors about their romance, but he told her they weren’t true.

Meanwhile, the results of an investigation into the ITV scandal and allegations of a toxic workplace culture are due to be announced in the next two weeks.
Bosses are said to be “concerned” about what may emerge from the investigation led by top London lawyer Jane Mulcahy KC.
