DJI Mini 4 Pro: New photos of the future 249 g drone with the DJI RC 2 remote control – notebookcheck.biz

Apparently DJI is close to completing the development process of a new Mini-branded drone. Although the existence of a successor to the Mini 3 Pro has not yet been confirmed, there is increasing evidence that a new model is in the works. As a reminder, leaker @quadro_news recently shared European prices for several Mini 4 Pro models, which we talked about separately.

The same Twitter account then posted hands-on photos of the Mini 4 Pro with an RC 2 remote control. Although the authenticity of these photos has not been verified, @quadro_news and its equivalents tend to get these leaks from Chinese social media. As a reminder, DJI has already launched the RC 2, but its use with the Mini 4 Pro confirms that the drone will support OcuSync 4.0 image transmission, unlike the Mini 3 Pro.

First introduced with the DJI Air 3ocuSync 4.0 extends image transmission to a theoretical maximum of 20km with a maximum resolution of 1080p. In addition, the Mini 4 Pro has 360-degree obstacle detection thanks to its modified sensors. The Mini 4 Pro is also said to support HDR videos and slow-motion video recording up to 4K and 100 FPS. Unfortunately, the release date remains a mystery for now, although the emergence of hands-on photos suggests that DJI is close to announcing the launch of the Mini 4 series.
