Meredith Hutson, 28, from Texas, has almost 673,000 followers on TikTok, where she talks about her incredible physical transformation after losing from 110kg to 60kg in two years.

The content creator, who uses the pseudonym @_getfitwithmer, began her weight loss journey after getting engaged in August 2019 and having difficulty finding a wedding dress that fit her.

Hutson lost 50 pounds for her wedding in November 2020 and lost another 70 pounds in the following months by monitoring her macro and calorie intake and doing strength training.

In a recent video, she explained that people constantly ask her, ‘Meredith, what did you eat to lose 120 pounds?’ What did you eat?’

She laughed at the question as she dug into one of her favorite dishes.

“Listen, would you eat what I would eat?” she asked. “Because I’m eating ground beef right now.”

The weight loss coach explained that her bowl had 250 grams of minced meat and half a can of black beans sprinkled with cheese – that’s it.

Hutson noted that she had been eating the high-protein meal every day, but wasn’t sure if others would love it.

“Would you eat this?” she asked. “Like I’m really, really curious.”

“Not only do I eat this, but I’ve been eating it every single day for a good two weeks. “I like it, but it’s by no means extravagant.”

Hutson’s video has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and has received nearly 3,500 comments since it was posted.
