NRL star Mitchell Moses is hoping to sell a luxury Sydney development for $3.3 million
A stunning luxury Sydney development owned by NRL star Mitchell Moses has hit the market with an eye-watering asking price of $3.3 million.
Located in Gladesvlle, 10km from the CBD, the 790sqm corner block has been approved for a duplex with an estimated construction cost of $1.14 million.
Each of the separate homes will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a swimming pool and a two-car garage.
The site is currently home to a four-bedroom, two-bathroom classic 1940s brick home that the Parramatta Eels hero bought for $1.8 million in 2020, reports The Daily Telegraph.
Moses, 29, has been renting the house ever since. It is now on the rental market for $1100 per week.

Meanwhile, the football star is hoping for an off-market sale for his state-of-the-art architect-designed project.
Plans for the site include sculptural street gardens, modular exterior design and chic lighting.

This comes after the top halfback recently completed renovations to his family home.
The father-of-one bought the Federation-style home in Ryde for $2.8 million in 2021 and put it up for auction in August for $2.95 million, but it has been off the market since, because there was no buyer.
The home features a bean-shaped pool that has been refreshed with new privacy walls and brick.

The house has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a 3.7m x 3m walk-in closet that previously served as a bedroom.
Moses joins a number of footballers who have entered the property renovation market, with several stars making post-NRL careers.
The Parramatta star welcomed daughter Aspyn with fiancée Bri Gardoni last year, but missed the birth as he was playing in a preliminary final for the Eels in North Queensland.
