This Monday the 18th, the dentist’s family Rafael Puglisi published the professional’s death certificate, which states the cause of his unexpected death.
According to his family, Puglisi, known for the list of celebrities he treated at his clinic, died while swimming.
“This morning Rafa went for his morning swim as usual, he was at home getting ready to go into his pool and take a dip like he does every day! But today God wanted this dive to be different and Rafa ended with a bang “my head!” reads the caption of the post on Rafael’s own Instagram.
The family also said that doctors tried to resuscitate him but unfortunately he arrived dead at the hospital. The published death certificate lists the cause of death as “traumatic brain injury.”
“We ask everyone to respect the family’s grief and the story of our dear Rafa, better known as Dr. Rafael Puglisi! Keep smiling in heaven, we know you care for all of us like you always have in life.” ! We have gained an angel in our lives and heaven has gained another star!,” the publication continued.
Puglisi has more than 4 million followers on Instagram and has become known as the dentist of several celebrities, including Whindersson Nunes, Hugo Gloss, Giovanna Ewbank, Jade Picon, Juliette and even Neymar.
