- The Ukrainian president will address the UN Security Council on Wednesday, to which Russia is a permanent member for the first time since the beginning of the war. Volodymyr Zelensky will be among the first speakers at this special meeting chaired by Albania, where more than sixty speakers are planned.

- A diesel tank caught fire in Sochi. “The fire area is 96 square meters. “According to initial information, there are no victims,” the governor of the Krasnodar region, Beniamin Kondratiev, said in Telegram.
- The Russian President will meet the Chinese Foreign Minister. Vladimir Putin will meet Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
