In documents filed in US District Court in New York, the 27-year-old Game Of Thrones alum is requesting “the children’s return to England.”
“Plaintiff Sophie Belinda Turner (the “Mother”), through and through her undersigned attorneys, files this confirmed application for the return of the children to England (the “Application”) against Defendant Joseph Adam Jonas (the “Father”). , the court filing says.
This comes after Jonas filed for divorce from the mother of his two children in Miami, Florida, earlier this month.

The news was first reported by The Messenger, but in documents seen by , Turner claims that Jonas will not be returning her children’s passports.
“On or about September 17, 2023, the parties met to discuss their separation,” the petition states.
“The mother reiterated the plan agreed by the parties that the children should return to England this week.” The father is in possession of the children’s passports. He refuses to return the mother’s passports and refuses to send the children home to England with their mother.
