Australian celebrities have taken to social media to congratulate Delta Goodrem on her engagement to long-term boyfriend Matthew Copley.
From pranksters to singers, the 38-year-old was inundated with supportive comments after the couple announced their engagement on Thursday.
At the top are Delta’s celebrity friends: Sophie Monk, Roxy Jacenko, Rebecca Judd and Samantha Jade congratulate their soon-to-be-married boyfriend.
The singer shared a loved-up photo of the couple on holiday in Malta, before showing off her stunning diamond ring.
“My best friend asked me to marry him,” Delta happily captioned the picture with a ring emoji.

Delta has dated a number of famous faces, including Nick Jonas, Brian McFadden and tennis star Mark Philippoussis.
However, much less is known about the singer’s current boyfriend, Matthew Copley.
In 2018, she told InStyle Australia that she had made a “conscious decision” to keep her love life private going forward.
‘I made one [choice] that I don’t even comment ‘yes’ or ‘no’… I haven’t said anything for three or four years,” she explained.
As a result, Delta and Matt never appear on the red carpet together, and the “Born to Try” hitmaker rarely discusses details of their relationship in interviews.

In February this year, she finally broke her silence in the Australian Women’s Weekly and confessed: “He’s my guitarist, I met him through music.”
“It’s incredible to be on stage with him because he’s so talented. “We’re really a team. “He’s my best friend, he’s kind and a beautiful person,” she continued.
‘I am very happy. It’s all very natural and I think it comes from a wonderful respect and great love. I am so grateful.’
Despite her comments, Delta insisted she didn’t want to reveal any more details about her husband.

While Matthew is best known as his girlfriend’s guitarist, he has also worked with some other big names in the industry, including Conrad Sewell.
The pair even started their own independent record label called ATLED Records (ATLED is Delta spelled backwards).
