Travis Kelce has hinted that he would “love to take Taylor Swift out on a date” if she came up with the idea, a source exclusively told DailyMail.com, after the Chiefs tight end invited the pop star to watch him play in an NFL game.
On Thursday, Travis confirmed rumors that he and Swift, both 33, had quietly gotten to know each other during their appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN.
And while it seems like the two are taking things slowly, a source exclusively told DailyMail.com that “Travis and Taylor are talking and Travis is absolutely interested.”
“He’s given his shot and would like to take Taylor on a date and see where they can go in the relationship department.” The only problem they have now is that their schedule is so messed up that it’s difficult to get together , without being seen and everything else that comes with being the celebrities they are.
“It’s not because of Travis and his taste, but he definitely likes the rumors because he would actually like to date Taylor if she gave him a chance.”

Travis’ apparent affair with Swift has made headlines over the last week, but until now the two-time Super Bowl champion has remained quiet about the reports – most of the information was leaked by his brother and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason.
“It’s hilarious how much traction this actually has,” Travis said. “I think right now it’s like the old game at school, ‘Telephones,’ where everyone just whispers in each other’s ears and hears random things… no one really knows what’s going on.”
“Especially when Jason Kelce goes on national television and tells both sides… he doesn’t know, it’s true, it’s this and that.
“He goes to Thursday Night Football and the first thing he brings up is ‘Catching Kelce,’ and then not even a week later he tells everyone it’s 100 percent true.”
Swift has yet to comment on her apparent affair with Travis, who is a two-time Super Bowl champion. Travis said, “He threw the ball in Swift’s court because he was recently invited that they should go on a date.”

According to The Messenger, Swift reportedly finds Travis “very charming,” but the American football star is said to be a little “embarrassed” by the amount of attention their now-confirmed romance is receiving.
