“El Gordo y La Flaca” came to television on September 21, 1998. They have accompanied Univision viewers ever since. As part of the grand celebration of their 25th anniversary, Lili Estefan has released a series of photos reminiscent of the exciting moment when they first went on air.
The well-known television presenter shows a photo gallery on Instagram in which she can be seen with “Rauli”, as she affectionately calls her partner. and other members of the team at that moment, with glasses in hand, ready to toast the program, and it’s obvious how much each of them has changed over all these years.
“We have officially reached 25 years of @elgordoylaflaca!!!!! On a day like today in 1998 this adventure began and here I share the photos of the first program. With all my heart I thank each of you who have been part of our lives, in the good times and the not so good times 🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️what EXCITEMENT!!!! “So many incredible memories,” Estefan says in the publication, which has more than 29,000 likes on the famous social network Instagram.
There were hundreds of messages that the protagonists of the show received through digital platforms to mark this anniversary.
“Congratulations! How many memories all these years,” “MOTHER OF GOD!!! 25 years of success!! Congratulations!”, “Oh my God, I still remember how they started.” “Congratulations and many blessings to you @liliestefan and @rauldemolina,” “Blessings, may you celebrate another 25 years.” “The best and you came as the best” and ““Congratulations and I hope you have many more together, I love it,” are part of the congratulatory messages to the presenters.
