College football scores games updates Colorados Deion Sanders takes on

College football scores, updates: Colorado’s Deion Sanders gets knocked out by Oregon – Yahoo Sports

Week 4 brings the largest college football slate in recent memory with six ranked games, and that doesn’t even include a game between Florida State and Clemson that had everyone on the edge of their seats.

In one of the most important games of the day, No. 10 Oregon completely defeated Deion Sanders and the No. 19 Colorado Buffaloes, 42-6. No. 13 Alabama, meanwhile, seemed to find its footing after a tough few weeks, defeating No. 15 Ole Miss, 24-10. No. 11 Utah played another game without starting QB Cam Rising, but handled its business at home against No. 22 UCLA with a dominant defensive performance.

There’s still some great football to watch tonight, so stick with us all day.

Here’s what we’ll see later on Saturday:

Time: 7pm ET | TV: Fox | Line: OSU -3 | Overall: 57.5

The two teams remaining in the crumbling Pac-12 want to compete for the conference title before the league as we know it disappears. Oregon State is coming off a 10-win season and has started 2023 strong with dominant wins over San Jose State, UC Davis and San Diego State. The Beavers brought in Clemson transfer QB DJ Uiagalelei in the offseason to bolster a potent offense. Washington State is also off to a 3-0 start. The Cougars beat Colorado State on the road and upset Wisconsin at home before taking on Northern Colorado over the weekend. Underrated among the many great QBs in the Pac-12, Cameron Ward excelled in his second season at WSU.

Time: 7:30 p.m. | TV: NBC | Line: OSU -3 | Overall: 55.5

Ohio State coach Ryan Day is 48-6 since taking over as full-time head coach, but losses to Michigan in back-to-back years and last year’s painful failure in the CFP semifinals have put him in even greater doubt. The Buckeyes are off to a 3-0 start, but working with new starting QB Kyle McCord has been a process. How will he handle his first harsh road environment? And on the other hand, this is one of the biggest games at Notre Dame Stadium in years and a great opportunity for second-year head coach Marcus Freeman. The Irish are off to an impressive 4-0 start to 2023, led by transfer QB Sam Hartman, who is a big improvement at the position compared to previous years.

Time: 7:30 p.m. | TV: CBS | Line: Power supply -14.5 | Overall: 40.5

Is this the year Penn State can get back to the top of the Big Ten? The Nittany Lions won the Big Ten back in 2016, but it was the only time the Nittany Lions got past Ohio State and Michigan in the Big Ten East under coach James Franklin. The offense, with first-year starting QB Drew Allar, faltered a bit in the 30-13 win over the Illini, but the defense forced five turnovers. The defense could have similar opportunities when Iowa comes to Happy Valley for the annual Whiteout game. The Hawkeyes are 3-0, but their offensive woes from recent seasons haven’t improved much. New transfer quarterback Cade McNamara doesn’t look 100 percent after suffering a quadriceps injury in preseason camp, and now tight end Luke Lachey is out after suffering what appeared to be a serious leg injury in Week 3.
