Kate Moss is ditching her party girl reputation for a wellness lifestyle, swapping nightclubs for meditation and admitting she’s “in denial” about turning 50.

She rose to fame as one of the most famous models of the ’90s, embodying the “heroin chic” look.

But shortly before her 50th birthday, Kate Moss is leading a completely different life and has reinvented herself as a wellness guru.

The 49-year-old model was known as a party girl for many years, but these days she’s ditched the nightclubs and prefers to be in bed by 11pm.

The star has founded her own wellness brand called Cosmoss, where she sells a variety of beauty products with quirky names like Sacred Mist and Golden Nectar.

She has also taken up “moon bathing” – lying under the moon’s light to absorb its lunar energy – and believes in the power of crystals.

Speaking to the Sunday Times, she said: “I put all my crystals on a tray and put them outside in the garden,” she said. “Just cleansing the crystal, charging the crystals.”

Previously describing her happy place as being on the dance floor, Kate has since left London for the West Oxfordshire countryside, where she practices transcendental meditation and goes wild swimming in a “secret spot” used only by villagers .

The fashion icon also believes in the power of positive affirmations to improve one’s attitude, with “Embrace the unknown” and “Trust the universe and it will show you the way” being among her favorites.

Despite her new Gwyneth Paltrow-like lifestyle, Kate still allows herself one vice.

“I still smoke occasionally,” she said. “I heard that when you stop, you really notice [by your skin]. But I haven’t stopped… yet.’

The model admitted she is in “denial” about her upcoming 50th birthday because she doesn’t feel her age.

“I’m not turning 50,” she said. ‘NO. I don’t think about it. I don’t feel like I’m 50.’

Speaking briefly about her partying days, Kate shared that she now never stays at a party past midnight, describing this as her “cutoff point.”

Kate’s beauty products, made from “potent, natural substances,” are divided into three daily rituals that are said to “align body and soul with the natural environment and circadian cycles.”

The website describes these rituals as allowing us to “align with the rhythms of nature, helping us find inner peace and self-realization and opening a door to balance, restoration and love.”

The entire three rituals cost more than £400, while the popular Golden Nectar serum – which contains the “mythical” tears of Chios, a plant resin produced on the Greek island – costs £105.

The morning ritual, which fills the body with “positive energy”, costs £287 in total and includes an antioxidant “dawn tea” for £21, a cleanser for £52 and an anti-aging face cream for £95.

It’s then topped off with the Sacred Mist Eau de Parfum, worth £120, which “envelops you with its hypnotic yet grounding scent” to “instill a feeling of inner peace”.

Earlier this month, the Chron revealed that Kate had won a legal battle with a pharmaceutical company over the name of her brand Cosmoss.
