A Ukrainian drone hit an FSB building in the center of the city of Kursk in Russia this morning. Meanwhile, military censorship was introduced on the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic. It is a decision resulting from the decree of President Denis Pushilin. “In order to ensure the martial law regime and implement measures to combat sabotage and reconnaissance formations,” says the decree published on Pushilin’s website and republished by the Ria Novosti agency, “military censorship of postal mail and the transmission of messages will be carried out “Telecommunication systems as well as control over telephone conversations”. The decree also introduces a ban on citizens from being on the streets and other public places and organizing demonstrations and other public events from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. on weekdays.
