“Trump cheated on his fortune and inflated his fortune to as much as 3.6 billion”

This was stated by New York Judge Arthur Engoron, in agreement with Attorney General Letitia James, a few days before the start of the civil trial in the matter.

Judge Engoron ordered the revocation of some of Trump’s business licenses as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for him and his adult children to do business in New York, after finding that he had defrauded banks and insurance companies by defrauding the value of his assets had been inflated. The judge himself announced that there would continue to be an independent person overseeing the Trump Organization’s operations.
