The Car Guide Academy continues this week with actors Jean-Philippe Perras and Réal Bossé, who will compete in an obstacle course and challenges starting this Saturday at 11:30 a.m. on TVA.
On the advice of host Patrick Benoit, the two guests will cross swords behind the wheel of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.

Some details about the Outlander PHEV
The plug-in hybrid version of the Outlander entered our market in 2017 and was an instant hit with consumers. This renewed Mitsubishi features the Nissan Rogue platform and some of its components such as seats and digital instruments.

However, the mechanical elements come directly from the three-diamond manufacturer. The 2.4-liter four-cylinder produces 248 hp in combination with two electric motors. The Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) all-wheel drive ensures optimal traction at all times and the driver can choose between seven driving modes.
The 20 kWh battery provides a range of 61 km in purely electric mode. The electrons can be recovered by driving with one pedal or by activating the recharging function using a gasoline engine. Finally, the Outlander PHEV is eligible for $10,000 in government grants.

Antoine’s advice and the rally
