Ciudad Juárez – Caifanes finally returns to Ciudad Juárez on a date added to the extensive tour that takes her across Mexico and the United States. On November 9th, fans of one of the most representative bands of Mexican rock will be able to see their idols in a concert that will take place in one of the baseball stadiums of our city, without having yet determined which one.
The Caifanes Tour 2023 began last February and after a well-deserved break this summer, the group led by Saúl Hernández continues the second part of the tour, which will keep it uninterrupted until the beginning of next year.
As recently as September 9, Caifanes gave a concert at the Plaza Theater in El Paso, but his supporters on this side of the river were already looking forward to his return to Juárez.
“Usually we never stop too much, we really enjoy playing and after the pandemic we were stopped with even more desire for almost two years. You don’t appreciate what you have until you lose it, they say, and we enjoy it more than ever, it’s a joy to be up there, a huge privilege,” said drummer Alfonso André in an interview for El Diario, days before his visit to El Paso, Texas.
The founding musician also reflected on the life of the band, which has now spent a total of 37 years creating and performing songs that contributed to the beginning of the era of national rock, not those that faithfully reproduced Anglo-Saxon rhythms, but those of the event in Mexico given their identity.
The cost and points of sale of the tickets have not yet been announced, but this information is expected to be announced soon via social networks.
