According to the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s report, Jacky Oh, the star of “Wild ‘N Out” and longtime partner of her co-star DC Young Fly, died from complications following cosmetic surgery.
According to the report obtained by Page Six on Friday, the manner of death was ruled accidental.
The report states that Oh, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, underwent a “buttock augmentation” procedure on May 30 with no complications.
At the time of her death, reports said Oh had undergone “mommy makeover” surgery in Miami.
She was prescribed medications such as ciprofloxacin (antibiotic), oxycodone (pain reliever) and ondansetron (anti-nausea medication) for the period after the procedure.
However, when Oh began experiencing persistent headaches, a nurse reportedly advised her to take ibuprofen and stop the ondansetron.

When her aunt called emergency services on May 31, Oh “felt like her head was burning” and was having “difficulty speaking.”
However, when they arrived, Oh became unresponsive and was then pronounced dead at the hospital.
