The 536 square meter residence, spread over two floors and set on a plot three times larger, was located at 715 Rue de la Futaie in Boucherville.

Husband and wife Kris Letang and Catherine Laflamme bought this 1,404 m² property in August 2013. They paid $100,000 at the time. Plus taxes (GST and QST), the purchase price was $114,975. The house was rebuilt in 2016.

The right-handed defenseman, born in Montreal in 1987, has played for the Pittsburgh Penguins since 2006. Before that, he gained his first experience in the junior ranks of the Quebec Junior Hockey League and played for the Foreurs de Val.-Golden team for 3 years.

In the most recent municipal assessment roll, this residence was assigned a value of $2,299,200, which is 23% more than three years earlier ($1,868,600).

Added to the purchase price for the buyer is a transfer tax of $74,843 payable to the Town of Boucherville.
