“We will stop the looting and theft immediately,” the politician told a crowd of 1,500 supporters gathered in Anaheim.

“It’s very simple. If you steal from a store, you have to wait until you are dragged out of the store. Signed.”

The crowd in the room repeatedly chanted “Trump!” after the threat against the burglars.

This threat comes at a time when California and other US states such as Pennsylvania are struggling with robbery problems.

Faced with the scourge, the city of Los Angeles created its own force last August to combat retail theft.

The action was taken following a robbery that occurred in broad daylight at a Nordstrom store.

According to Fox11, dozens of bags and items of clothing worth a total of more than $100,000 were stolen in just a few seconds by around thirty masked people dressed in black.
