Internet users noticed the strange absence of Tamara Dalcanale, Kayky Brito’s wife, in the thank you from the actor’s family for his dismissal on Friday (September 30). The situation eventually worsened when Kayky’s sister Sthefany Brito organized a party to celebrate her brother’s homecoming a “family reunion” that Tamara did not attend.
Kayky was released after being in the hospital for almost a month after being run over. The Medical Bulletin reported that the actor, who was traumatized multiple times, had his injuries “successfully corrected” and is “able to continue the rehabilitation process at his home.” Further details regarding his health and treatment after discharge are yet to be revealed.
Celebrate and let off steam
On her social networks, Sthefany Brito shared photos of the celebration, which was attended by her parents Sandra and Joseph and her husband Igor. The actress expressed her gratitude and relief in an emotional caption: “After the worst nightmare of my life, being faced with the fragility of life, the possibility of losing my brother God once again, like every day, in a blessed state.” With the most anticipated moment since the beginning: My brother is going home!”
However, Kayky’s wife was not mentioned in her own post by either Sthefany or the actor’s mother, Sandra, and was also excluded from the celebration. Comments like “Guys, how absurd that you didn’t mention the woman who looked after him!” appeared on the networks and fueled speculation about possible family tensions.
Tamara, in turn, also published a text on social media to celebrate the dismissal of her husband, with whom she has a son, little Kael, aged 1 year and 8 months. She also didn’t mention the actor’s family, preferring to thank the doctors and a couple who took her in in Rio de Janeiro, since she lives in Curitiba. In other words, no one from Kayky’s family offered Tamara and her son a place to stay.
She also announced that she would return to Curitiba, while Kayky would stay in Rio for a few days to recover with her family.
