A North American Hockey League game on Saturday was marked by the arrest of a player between the first and second periods.
During the matchup against the Johnstown Tomahawks, New Hampshire Mountain Kings defenseman Yahor Ramanau was handcuffed in front of his teammates.

The native of Minsk, Belarus, was not arrested for an action on the ice. According to Hockey News Hub, Ramanau was arrested on a warrant issued two years ago in connection with allegations of aggravated vehicular assault. He was 18 years old at the time and playing for the Esmark Stars, a U18 AAA team.
In four games so far in the 2023/24 season, Ramanau has no points with the Mountain Kings.
