Robert Irwin’s relationship with his girlfriend Rorie Buckey has gone from strength to strength.
And Bindi, the 19-year-old conservationist’s sister, is reportedly “scared” the couple could take over Australia Zoo.
According to New Idea, 25-year-old Bindi is nervous about Robert’s relationship with 19-year-old Rorie and is not happy about Heath Ledger’s niece being put in the spotlight.
“She’s struggling with the new beauty of the Irwin Ball,” an insider said.
“Rorie has mastered every bug, every creature and every eight-legged freak with aplomb – she is absolutely unflappable.”

The source continued: “Bindi knows that Robert and Rorie present an attractive package for television producers and offers that she may have previously heard may go his way – and that could lead to her taking the reins one day takes over the family’s valuable Australia Zoo.”
Chron Australia has contacted the Irwins for comment.
It comes just days after Robert took the next step with his girlfriend Rorie and the couple enjoyed a romantic getaway to Tasmania.
On Saturday, Rorie shared a gallery of photos from her romantic getaway.
‘Tasmania!!’ Rorie captioned the post, leading the photo album with a picture of her and Robert posing in front of cherry blossom trees in a park.
Robert quickly commented on the post and wrote: “Great trip.”
His mother Terri also wrote under the gallery. “Such a beautiful couple in my favorite place on earth!”.

While Robert and Rorie only made their relationship public in August, they have been together since November 2022.
This despite living on opposite sides of the country, with Robert in Queensland and Rorie in Western Australia, where she studies at the prestigious Curtin University in Perth.
They both come from famous Australian families, as Robert is the son of the late conservationist Steve “The Crocodile Hunter” Irwin, while Rorie is the niece of the late Oscar-winning actor Heath Ledger.
