Caitlyn Jenner has admitted she “had no idea what was in the bank” during her marriage to Kris.
The 73-year-old television personality is interviewed in Sky’s three-part documentary House Of Kardashian, which airs on Sunday and looks at family dynamics, scandals, controversial business deals and personal struggles.
To celebrate the launch of the show, Caitlyn hosted an “In Conversation With” event in London on Wednesday night, where she gave a glimpse into the inner workings of the family.
According to The Sun, Caitlyn says in the documentary: “Kris started with absolutely nothing and today she has a multibillion-dollar business.” She built the dynasty.
“Kris liked being in control because in the celebrity world everyone tries to control their own story and Kris knew how to play the game. “In fact, no one did it better than her.”

After tying the knot with Kris in 1991, Caitlyn became stepfather to the children she gave birth to with late lawyer Robert Kardashian: Kourtney, 44, Kim, 42, Khloe and Rob, 36. Robert died in 2003 after an argument with esophageal cancer.
Caitlyn says when she first met Kris as Bruce Jenner, they needed something to further her career and so her agent was quickly fired.
She says: “I wasn’t broke but it’s not like I had millions of dollars in the bank and Kris was the same, her job was the house and the kids.” “She was struggling so we had to hurry undertake something.”
You had success with Keeping Up With The Kardashians. The brainchild of Kris and television host and producer Ryan Seacrest, the reality show followed the lives of Kris’ family, which included Caitlyn – then Bruce – and her children.
The television personality says Kim always wanted to be famous and was “calculated,” but Kris was the mastermind.
As her success grew, so did her wealth. But Caitlyn claims she had no control over her finances.
“I had no idea what was in the bank.” “I always had a few small toys, a nice car or a small plane, so the relationship worked very well,” she says.
During the course of Caitlyn and Kris’ marriage, they also had daughters Kendall (27) and Kylie (25). However, the former couple divorced in 2015, the same year Jenner came out as transgender.
Caitlyn has been a household name since the first season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which aired on E! premiered, regular guest. in October 2007, until 2015.
During the reality show, viewers witnessed the end of her 22-year marriage to Kris and her brave decision to come out as transgender.

Caitlyn also documented her transition and new life as a single woman on the KUWTK spinoff series “I Am Cait,” which aired for two seasons on E! was broadcast.
After 14 years, the Kardashian-Jenner clan decided to end their long-running reality series, announcing in 2020 that season 20 would be their last.
In an interview with Australia’s The Morning Show, Caitlyn claimed she was not informed by her family that the show was ending.
“I heard it on the news!” she said. “Nobody called me, I heard it through the media.” Was I surprised? NO.’
Keeping Up With The Kardashians officially concluded in June 2021 when the family took part in a two-part reunion special. Caitlyn didn’t show up.
During the special, Kris spoke briefly about her failed marriage, admitting to host Andy Cohen that she and Caitlyn had “a lot of really great years” together.
When asked if Caitlyn’s transition played a role in her divorce, Kris dismissed that notion and admitted that they probably would have split anyway.
“House of Kardashian” is scheduled to premiere on Sky Documentaries on Sunday, October 8th and on streaming service NOW in the fall.
