Actor Kevin Spacey was hospitalized for a suspected heart attack while attending the Tashkent International Film Festival, Uzbekistan. As the Sun reports, Spacey became ill during a visit to the Afrasiyab Museum in the ancient city of Samarkand, where he felt “his left arm go numb for about eight seconds.” The 64-year-old actor underwent a series of tests, including an MRI. After initial tests, doctors ruled out that it was a heart attack. A source close to the artist confirmed his hospitalization: “He was treated with great professionalism by the doctors and hospital staff and it was determined that he did not have any heart problems.” Spacey then returned to take part in the festival events and reassured the audience the stage about his state of health. For the actor, it was just a shock, as he later admitted at the festival’s closing ceremony: “I had to take a moment and think about how fragile life is for all of us.” Spacey then traced the moments in which He was ill: “I was looking at some extraordinary murals when I suddenly felt my left arm go completely numb for about eight seconds.
