It was a day full of wins in the Wild Card Series. All four first-round series of the MLB playoffs ended with the Phillies, Diamondbacks, Twins and Rangers advancing. The Marlins, Brewers, Blue Jays and Rays were sent packing on Wednesday. The ALDS and NLDS duels are certain: Phillies-Braves and Dodgers-Diamondbacks in the NL and Twins-Astros and Orioles-Rangers in the AL. These series all start on Saturday.
The Braves, Dodgers, Orioles and Astros rest at home this week as the top two seeds in each league receive byes to the League Division Series. Game times for the LDS round have not yet been announced.
