  • A Russian bomb attack kills 49 people in Groza, Kupyansk district, report the Ukrainian authorities. The shooting(s) occurred around 1:15 p.m. local time. A grocery store and a cafe were hit, regional governor Oleg Synegoubov said in Telegram. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denounced “a completely premeditated act of terrorism.”
  • The center of Kherson was bombed at around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday (8:30 a.m. in Paris), Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office said. “Two civilians, a man and a woman, who were on the street were killed”, he specifies in a press release. The Ukrainian army announced on Thursday morning that it had shot down 24 of the 29 explosive drones launched by Russia in another night attack.
  • A hospital in the Beryslav district of the Kherson region was bombed, Thursday, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine announced. “The hospital building was partially destroyed. “A driver and a first responder at the health facility were injured,” he said in a news release.
